電(dian)(dian)梯噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)多由電(dian)(dian)梯機(ji)(ji)房(fang)主(zhu)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)與(yu)住戶(hu)共用(yong)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)或電(dian)(dian)梯相(xiang)關設(she)備與(yu)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)(ti)斷開(kai)不徹(che)底存(cun)在鋼(gang)性連(lian)接(jie),形成“聲(sheng)(sheng)橋”引起(qi)(qi)噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)對(dui)人的(de)(de)干擾。《住宅(zhai)設(she)計(ji)規范(fan)》明文規定,電(dian)(dian)梯主(zhu)機(ji)(ji)支承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)鋼(gang)梁必須伸入電(dian)(dian)梯井道(dao)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)上(shang),設(she)計(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)盲點(dian)為(wei)電(dian)(dian)梯振動噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)傳(chuan)播途徑(jing),鋼(gang)性連(lian)接(jie)延墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)(ti)、頂(ding)面(mian)、柱子(zi)提供了(le)強有效的(de)(de)傳(chuan)聲(sheng)(sheng)介(jie)質。目前一些設(she)計(ji)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)建公司已經意(yi)識到上(shang)述問(wen)題進行了(le)設(she)計(ji)上(shang)的(de)(de)修(xiu)改(gai),把本身設(she)計(ji)時通過錯層或設(she)置樓梯間分(fen)隔(ge)等方式(shi)分(fen)離了(le)機(ji)(ji)房(fang)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)重墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)與(yu)業主(zhu)家內主(zhu)墻(qiang)(qiang)(qiang)體(ti)(ti)是可以解決由直接(jie)剛性連(lian)接(jie)形成“聲(sheng)(sheng)橋”引起(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)梯振動噪(zao)聲(sheng)(sheng)問(wen)題。
機房結構性傳聲:由電梯主機及機房控制柜發出,電梯機房內的主承重粱主墻與業主家內的主墻為一公共墻體或都是剛性結構連體,因此構成電梯噪聲主要傳播“聲橋”,電梯在高速運行及停車時的低頻振動及噪音通過聲橋傳入住戶室內。目前較為普遍的室內電梯噪聲污染案例類型,以頂層或次頂層的住戶受噪聲影響,其它層樓受影響不大,通過增設低頻阻尼復合減振裝置降低振動傳遞率把噪聲降低至使人舒適的聲環境以下。
